This is just to let you know that your next (Journal 28, No. 3) will, hopefully be with you this week. Later than any of us would have preferred, but this was unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control. Changes in the Editorial Team and some last-minute technical issues prevented us from getting this out on time.
This will not affect the publication date of Vol. 29, No. 1 which is scheduled to be ready at the beginning of January.
