We cannot stress the importance that you send the form back with your payment. Without payment your booking cannot be confirmed and may be refused. 

• Please remember we do not allow the sale of reptiles or vertebrates.
• The BTS does not allow the handling of spiders or scorpions at the event. This will be checked on the day by one of our representatives.
• The sale of any species currently covered by the DWA legislation is strictly forbidden. The BTS reserve the right to remove the said animals and ban the exhibitor from the event.

Last year we had a long waiting list of Exhibitors so I will be unable to guarantee your booking until payment has been received. Once received, I will confirm your booking by return and the relevant passes and information will be sent to you nearer the day. The prices for tables remain as last year.

The WEC have levied a charge for electricity points and we unfortunately have had to pass this increase on.If you need power please state when booking, as it cannot be installed on the day.

The 2023 Exhibition completely sold out very quickly and a number of traders were unable to book. I expect 2024 to be the same and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.

We look forward to hearing from you soon. The BTS Exhibition remains the biggest and the best invert show in the UK.
