The evening dinner, which will be a sit down two course meal, served to you at your table and will be chosen from a menu and pre-ordered. 

PLEASE NOTE DURING FEBRUARY YOU WILL BE SENT A MENU SELECTION FORM
THIS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE THE 2ND MARCH

 

During the lectures Light Lunch:

  • Sandwich and chips with unlighted refreshments from the business lounge, coffee and selection of herbal and fruit teas, cookies, fresh fruit, trail mix and afternoon tuck shop.
Main Courses:
  • Roasted Fillet of Hake, Creamed Potato, Béarnaise Sauce
  • Roasted Chicken Breast, Creamed Potato, Tarragon Cream
  • Linguine, Chilli, Lemon, Herb & Garlic Butter (V)

Desserts:

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding, Banana Ice Cream 
  • Lemon Meringue Pie, Red berry Compote & Crème Chantilly 
  • Chefs Selection of Ice Cream & Sorbets
